Generally, a mixed-use development including up to 139 multi-family residential dwelling units and 80,238 SF of retail and commercial uses are proposed. Ninety-one (91) of the units are planned for 55+ age restricted housing and forty-eight (48) units are for workforce housing units. One hundred twenty-nine (129) of the one hundred thirty-nine (139) residential units are proposed with rent restrictions. The overall density of the development will be determined by zoning conditions and the preliminary site plan accompanying the application. The property fronts approximately 554 feet on the westward lane of US Highway 360 approximately 1500 feet west of the light at the Bray’s Fork intersection and is known as Tax ID 36_43. The Comprehensive Plan designates the property as a Development Service District area which suggests the property is appropriate for growth that can be most cost effectively supported by the County's 2015 Comprehensive Plan
