Essex County 2nd Half Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes of 2025 are Due

PUBLIC NOTICE

ESSEX COUNTY

Real Estate and Personal Property taxes for the 2nd half of 2025 are due for Essex County on or before December 5, 2025.

You can pay in person at 321 Prince Street, by mail to P.O. Box 489, Tappahannock, VA 22560 or use the drop box on the sidewalk, to the right of the front door.

Taxes may also be paid online at the website of www.essexva.gov. A 2.95% convenience fee will be applied if paid by debit or credit card and a $1.95 flat fee if paid by e-check.
