The information that we need before your appointment can be made is found in the probate information sheet at the bottom of this page. Once filled out, you can email it to Megan Wilson at mywilson [at] vacourts.gov (mywilson[at]vacourts[dot]gov)
The following information is needed prior to making an appointment:
- Original Will
- Death certificate
- List of assets solely in decedents name
- List of heirs-surviving spouse or next living descendant(s) including addresses
